Another big success to HRDA.Hon’ble High Court set aside/Struck down G.O.MS.No 78 pertaining to medical superspeciality exorbitant fee hike in Private medical colleges issued by Government of Telangana in 2018 in WRIT petition no 29938/2018.
Hon’ble High Court also ordered government to keep certificates with university until all phases are completed & ordered to conduct mop up round for management quota seats counselling in WRIT petition No 17926/2018 to curb seat blocking.
